Deep Mentor: You must be at least 16 years of age to use Deep Mentor. Users between 16 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Sunja Learning: Sunja Learning is available to learners of all ages. Users under 13 must have a parent or guardian create and manage their account.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and, if acting on behalf of a minor, that you are their parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Deep Mentor is an AI-powered competitive exam preparation platform offering AI tutoring, daily practice tests, current affairs analysis, and adaptive learning paths.

Sunja Learning is an interactive K-12 learning platform offering 3D visual explainers, AI voice tutoring, adaptive quizzes, and progress tracking.

Our Services use artificial intelligence to deliver personalized learning experiences. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered a substitute for professional academic guidance where applicable.

Deep Mentor offers subscription plans starting from ₹200/month. Sunja Learning offers subscription plans starting from $15/month. Both platforms also offer free tiers with limited access.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Applicable taxes (including GST for users in India) will be added to the subscription price.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions — full refund, no questions asked. After the 7-day period:

• Prorated refunds may be issued for extended service outages exceeding 24 hours
• Full correction or refund for platform billing errors
• Credits refunded for failed AI sessions or materially incorrect content
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time or credits

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. International refunds may take up to 10 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to extract content
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any interactive features
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use AI features to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or illegal

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, software, AI models, educational content, 3D visualizations, and interactive modules — are owned by or licensed to Sunja Labs Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process it in connection with providing the Services.

Our platforms use AI to generate educational content, answers, assessments, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for educational purposes and should be verified independently for critical decisions
• We continuously improve our AI systems but do not guarantee error-free output
• AI responses are personalized based on your interactions and may vary between users

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunja Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of academic opportunities, or any other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally at [email protected]. We commit to a 30-day resolution period for standard disputes.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015. The seat of arbitration shall be Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes not resolved through arbitration.

For international users, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these Terms where mandated by your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platforms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
